in the Institute’s academic, administrative, research, training, and outreach
activities. The Cell provides valuable support in translation, publication,

pertaining to educational planning and management, thereby enhancing wider
accessibility and effective communication in the Official Language. In addition, it

Government of India, promoting bilingual communication, encouraging the use of
Hindi in official correspondence and institutional activities, and contributing

of the Institute.
Pariprekshya is the flagship Hindi journal of NIEPA dedicated to enriching
academic discourse in the fields of educational planning, educational
administration, policy studies, and the socio-economic dimensions of education.
Since its inception in 1994, the journal has emerged as a significant platform for
scholars, researchers, academicians, administrators, and education practitioners to
deliberate upon contemporary educational issues and evolving policy perspectives
in the Indian context.
Published tri-annually in the months of April, August, and December,
Pariprekshya carries research-based articles, scholarly papers, policy analyses,
book reviews, and thought-provoking discussions that contribute meaningfully to
the advancement of educational knowledge and governance. The journal reflects a
multidisciplinary perspective and seeks to bridge academic research with practical
concerns in educational development and management.
Over the years, Pariprekshya has earned recognition for promoting quality
academic writing in Hindi and for making specialized knowledge in educational
planning and administration accessible to a wider readership. The journal stands
as a testament to NIEPA’s commitment towards strengthening Hindi as a vibrant
medium of academic expression, research dissemination, and intellectual
engagement at the national level.
The NIEPA Newsletter is a bi-annual institutional publication brought out regularly in the
months of January and July to highlight the major academic, research, training, publication,
and outreach activities of the Institute. The newsletter serves as an important medium for
disseminating information related to conferences, seminars, workshops, capacity-building
programmes, policy initiatives, institutional achievements, and other significant events of
NIEPA.
The Hindi Cell contributes significantly to the preparation, translation, editing of the
newsletter in Hindi, thereby promoting wider accessibility and effective communication in the

knowledge and strengthens the use of Hindi as an effective medium of academic and
administrative communication.
